Hi, Albertlak! I am sorry that I am reacting oly now but this page was unattended for a long time so I stopped checking it for some time.

I see you have a good knowledga of some health issues ad healing and you mainly want to give and advice.
However from my not medical point of view:
1. In case of prostate problema (or any other health problema) coused by inflamation/infection, it is always useful to create such environment in the body that is not friendly to bacterias, viruses ect. One of the most important thinks is to make the body environment alcalic. The main helpful devices are:RAW vegetebles, especially greens. In the recent state of the nature, the green barley grass juice becomes great helper. Chlorella may also help. If you are not sure of the quality of your source of these twoo, e-mail me or phone. I can help you or even supply a good staff.
2. Other poinnt (not only if you do not eat typycal raw food) is the right way of food combining on your plate. In means to separate proteins from carbohydrates and proteins from fats in one meal. Different kinds of fat should also not meet in your stomach and so should not the different kinds of proteins.

And what causes the problems in the nutrition? What shall we avoid? The most dangerous food causing almost any desease are:
- starch and gluten (cereals and usually rice too...)
- sugar (esp. the common one but cane sugar too and in larger amounts honey and agave syrup too)
- milk and cheeses are not much good (even though different people have different level of senzitivity to those and the quality and source also matters (more fat is better, longer fermented cheeses are better, goat and sheep cheeses are better too ad cheeses made of unpasterized mil are quite good. Nevertheless the health and nutrition of the animals that gave the milk is also important).
- too much meat is no good

But the amount of protein in the diet should be very individual as well as the amount of carbohydrates, fats and even fruits.

Physical exercise is one more field where we can help or harm our body. Surely we should not exercise harder or more that we are able to at the moment and we should add up carefuly and slowly. Do not do too much and listen to your body. But if you are really looking for a help in this area, you should attend some rolfing exercising classes. (I have started with Yoga Inspired by Rolfing this year so ask me if you like or Zdenka Šímová who as been teaching this for about 15 years by now. Her classes are called NNT - Návod na tělo. And she leads weekend or week stays in the countryside with the Rolfing exercise and detox. This is really healing not only prostate problems.) In Rolfing exercise classes we work with all the deep muscles (like iliopsoas and pelvis muscles) and fascial tissues. We work a lot via the correct and useful way of breething and we do lots of stretching. The body is taken as one unit as it really works so. If there is anything wrong in one part of the system, it affects the whole rest. But if you start effectivly healing one part, it helps the whole system.
